Orientation of the Shiga toxin B subunit toward the membrane
Shiga toxin B subunit StxB has been 2D crystallized onto GB3 its lipidic receptor and the structure has been derived from electron crystallography. Differents orientations of StxB relative to the lipid memrbane has been calculated. From
